HOW TO MAKE ORDER?

1. Select the product: Choose the product you want to personalize, such as a car or motorcycle license plate.

2. Choose the YOM stickers: Choose a year sticker or month sticker you want to add to license plate. Optional.

3. Add the letters and numbers: Add your own text to the license plate.

You can use: Letters, Numbers, Hyphens or Spaces.
* Standard-size plates can have between one and seven characters.
* Motorcycle and small trailer plates can have between one and six characters.

License Plates such as the basic Florida plate, Panther, Manatee, which all have centred artwork may contain 7 characters plus either a space or a hyphen. License plates with the graphic design to left, such as Collegiate and Sports Plates, may only have 5 characters with no additional space or hyphen.

4. Preview your design: Before placing your order, make sure to preview your design to ensure it looks the way you want it to.

5. Add any additional information: Provide any necessary information such as shipping address and payment details.

6. Place your order: Once you're happy with your design and have provided all necessary information, place your order.

7. Wait for delivery: After placing your order, wait for the product to be delivered to you.

1. How much does it cost to get a personalized license plate?
The cost of a personalized license plate varies depending on the type of license plate(including cars, trucks, motorcycles, and trailers). In general, you can expect to pay anywhere from $60 and up for a personalized license plate.

2. Are there any restrictions on what can be put on a personalized license plate?
Yes, there are restrictions on what can be put on a personalized license plate. You can only use a combination of letters and numbers. You can also use hyphens or spaces.

3. What is the average delivery time?
The estimated delivery time is calculated based on the production time and the shipping method you choose. Our average order fulfilment takes 4-9 working days.

4. Can I return my personalized product if I'm not satisfied with it?
We do not accept returns on personalized products, This is because the product has been customized specifically for you and cannot be resold. Therefore, it is important to double-check your order before submitting it to ensure that all information is correct. If there is an error with your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to see if they can help you.

5. How do I know if my personalized product will look the way I want it to?
Our company will provide a preview of your personalized product before you place your order. This will give you an idea of what the final product will look like.

Yes, you can order a personalized product as a gift for someone else. Our company offer shipping directly to the recipient.

7. What should I do if there is an error with my personalized product?
If there is an error with your personalized product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to report the issue and request a replacement.

8. Can I cancel or modify an order after placing it?
The ability to cancel or modify an order after placing it depends on the stage of the order fulfilment process. However, once the order has entered the production process, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.
If you have already placed an order and wish to cancel or modify it, you should contact our customer service as soon as possible to see if they can accommodate your request.

9. How do I pay for my order?
We accept most major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. International customers may have additional payment options that are specific to their country or region.

10. What should I do if my personalization contains an error that was my fault?
We are not responsible for faults and mistakes in the product caused by the Customer. The customer is responsible for the compliance of the product and personalization with his requirements.

11. Are there any discounts available for ordering multiple personalized products at once?
We offer discounts on wholesale orders. If you want to know more about the discount, please contact our customer service.

12. Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, our company provide tracking information once your order has been shipped.

13. Can I use my own design or logo on my personalized license plate?
Yes, please contact our customer service or go directly to the "SPECIAL REQUEST" category on the main bar.


RETURNS

 ANY RETURNS OR PROBLEMS THAT OCCUR BECAUSE OF AN ERROR ON OUR PART WILL BE HANDLED AT OUR EXPENSE.

1. What should I do if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to report the issue and request a replacement or refund.

2. What happens if a package wasn't delivered to my customer, but the tracking states that it was?
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the customer reports they have yet to receive it, We won't take responsibility and reship that order. We won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.

3. What if an order gets lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of remaking and shipping a replacement order for you.

4. My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender:

- most often it is due to an undeliverable address.
- had an incorrect address originally provided.
- other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by the customer.

You will receive notice once the order arrives back to our facility.
If you wish to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by your customer, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
